The Bonnie Blouse is a 1940s-inspired waisted blouse with vertical pleats on the front bodice, a concealed button placket, flat collar, bust darts and short sleeves with turn-up cuffs. The Bonnie Dress version features a knee-length gathered skirt and elasticated waist. Both can be made without pleats for a speedier make. Recommended fabrics include lightweight woven fabrics with drape such as rayon, viscose, lightweight crepes, silk, georgette or chiffon.
