This expansion pack provides additional pattern pieces to turn the Romy Wrap Top + Dress into a style with full-length bishop sleeves. You must have the original Romy Wrap Top + Dress pattern to use this sleeve-only expansion pack. The design requires 1/4" elastic for the sleeve hem.
