The pattern includes lined capes in calf or knee length with neck bands and front hook and loop tape closures. Capes can be made with contrast neck ruffle or contrast neck and hem ruffles. Three styles of hats in sizes S-M-L are included: witch or wizard hat with contrast brim, clown hat with yarn pom poms, and princess hat with sheer cascading veil.
