This dress is close fitting with side gathers, neck and armhole bands and a slightly flared hem in three lengths: above mid knee, below mid knee, and ankle length. No provision for above waist adjustment. Designed for moderate stretch knits only such as jersey, interlock, cotton knits, and rayon knits with 35% cross grain stretch.
