I’m so happy I was able to finish my daughter’s Christmas dress just in time for Christmas Eve church service. It fits her perfectly. The initial plan was to sew matching mum and daughter outfits but I ran out of sewing energy after making this so I’m saving my outfit for valentine😬. I made a matching velvet scrunchie that took under 5 mins to sew thanks to a YouTube tutorial. Now I want to make several in different fabrics. This pattern was easy to follow, I omitted the zipper in the back but forgot to remove the seam allowances but I think it worked out ok. I definitely plan to sew the other views in the coming months because I like all the views.
