Just found these little shorts at the back of my wardrobe, where I chucked them last summer after declaring this sew as an absolute fail. Well, they seem to be just about fine this summer.
I really liked the style of this pattern - flared out and with pleats, a bit more dressier pair of shorts than your usual everyday. Iβm not sure if they donβt fit me quite right or is there a pattern design fault but they go in my bum-bum a lot and itβs terribly annoying. I might give this pattern another go as I still like the concept.

𧡠fabric is soft, stone washed linen from Higgs and Higgs that I bought about 12 years ago and made some cushions. This was just a small leftover piece and Iβm so relieved itβs finally gone from my fabric draw! Anyone else brings their scrap fabric with them moving numerous houses, counties etc? X
