Totally psyching you out. We actually did church in our jammies today. Perhaps next week we will get up and get ready for worship....at least we've sat in the front row for the last few weeks. Thankfully the church isn't a building and we have been able to gather as a family and partake in worship with several local congregations in their online services. But, since I had thought through our March Sunday attire, I forced these two to pose for their weekly snapshot. Notice that we have been quarantining like everybody else, making stained glass windows. Martha's outfit came from the 25 cent costume sale our now defunct theater company held. It is actually a women's size...probably one my six foot tall mother would have fit into and worn in high school 👀. I felt it was a much more modest option for her wardrobe than her big sis's. I sewed both my sons a bow tie, but only one wore it 🤣🤷‍♀️ but it was so fun making them and now I know I can whip them up in no time at all. I also made my husband a pocket square but adding a lining to it made it too thick 🤦‍♀️ so he didn't wear it. On the bowtie: I mostly followed the pattern from McCalls but I lelt out the elastic and did velcro instead.
