I plan to draft this simple A-line, deep V-neck pinafore myself using one of the two wool fabrics I already have. 4️⃣ BF Patterns Bestie Bag: I’m so excited to use a bright, bubbly yellow textured fabric from @fabcyclevan for this cheerful, eye-catching bag! @bfpatterns #BFPatterns #BFBestieBag 5️⃣ Tiered Zero-Waste Skirt: After loving my emerald green version, I want a breezier, summery version in a light fabric and fresh color. #zerowaste #zerowastesewing #zerowastepattern #birgittahelmersson 6️⃣ Colorful Summer Set: A cotton or linen set based on zero-waste trousers, paired with a handmade or hacked top. I want all the pieces in the same color for mix-and-match versatility—and I might make more than one set! 7️⃣ White Cotton Shirt Dress: Inspired by minimalist Japanese design, I’ll hack the Jenna Shirt pattern to create a sleek and elegant dress. @closetcorepatterns #ClosetCoreJenna 8️⃣ Oversized Black Cotton Shirt: Another Japanese minimalist-inspired piece, hacked from the Jenna Shirt pattern. A simpler project, but just as satisfying! 9️⃣ Black Formal Pants: This one’s still a bit abstract. I’ll either use an existing pattern or draft my own, and I’m on the hunt for a slightly shiny black fabric. This may even expand into a full formal set with a blazer and skirt/dress! This list is a mix of tried-and-true favorites, bold experiments, and a few technical challenges to push my skills.
