A magical day exploring the last surviving wonder of the original Seven Wonders of the World, thanks to our lovely hosts 🌴 This set is my go to for holidays and has been to 6 countries with me, I really need to make more coords! Top- @simplicitymccallsuk M8478 the pattern was easy to follow and quick to make. I shortened the straps by 1.5cm as I have short shoulders. I added a waist tie to snatch the waist and made some covered buttons to make it cohesive. Skirt- @sewingwithsolana I used her Youtube tutorial to self draft the skirt and love the proportions. Two new patterns out! #m8474 and #m8473 my #doubledenim suit aka #canadiantuxedo They go great together or separately! This is the jacket, great for spring into summer, easy to sew collarless with a back shoulder yoke and front and back shoulder princess seams. I love a contrasting topstitching on the denim.
