初時覺得今年冇做過啲咩，都冇咩好回顧，點知越寫越多🤣 1-3月：勁積極做gym同跑步，瘦得好快，早睡早起，飲水又夠，係全年最fit最健康嘅時候😎 2月： Quit咗教咗七年嘅Studio，終於唔使教K-Pop了🥳 3月去沙巴，最鍾意嘅陽光與海灘之旅，返嚟變咗嚿炭🌚 4月：幫7–11做咗個show，我竟然仲可以扮學生妹🤣 5月：一直都想認真搵老師學踩roller，學咗三至四堂，有老師教真係唔同啲，真係feel到進步得快咗，可惜之後因為時間夾唔到就停咗了🥲 5月：第一次以dancer及跳舞老師嘅身份同中學生組織分享，多謝邀請，好開心同中學生分享自己鍾意嘅嘢☺️ 6月去曼谷，老豆請一家人去旅行，very爽😎 7月去台灣，好耐冇去台北，快閃三日，chur暑期班前充一充電 7月拍咗第一個個人獨舞video，第一次搵專業攝影師、化妝師、剪接師合作拍片，效果出嚟好好，我又好enjoy，好希望再有機會合作。 7-8月：暑期班收爆人數，開心😍 8月換新床，幅牆游咗新色，執靚咗間房，瞓左N年嘅房間來個大翻新，之後即刻中咗六合彩（只係安慰獎🤣），間房靚咗都多咗時間留喺屋企。 9月：帶學生參加疫情後第一次較大型嘅跳舞比賽，今次準備好充足，plan得好仔細，要讚吓自己😌 10月福岡，好鍾意福岡，應該會再去 用四次旅行貫穿左2024年，今年算去得多旅行，出年可能去少啲，但去遠啲。 11月尾跑咗人生中第一個10K嘅跑步比賽，成績可接受但唔滿意🤣自從八月開始，逢星期二會去例跑，跑步成為咗今年會定期去做嘅唯一運動💪🏻 11至12月：趕起晒幫學校排Christmas show嘅舞。冬天做運動嘅動力真係好低，之前瘦咗嗰啲位，12月都肥返晒🥲 12月：係我全年最鍾意嘅月份，我稱之為聖誕月，心情特別好😝年尾想見返好多朋友，飯局特別多，商場播聖誕音樂又會令我特別想買嘢，所以亦係破費月🤣 教班方面今卸算順利，當然可以再好啲🤣（有冇人想學跳舞？📢📢）但下一年想Focus多啲自己跳舞嘅style，排多啲舞俾自己，因為好多時教班嘅嘢，都未必完全係自己鍾意嘅style。好多人諗起我，都只會係諗起跳舞老師，但其實我都係一個DANCER，我都仲跳得架😎 成日聽到有人用上車落車嚟形容朋友，今年有人落車亦有人上車，有人落車係好正常，唔需要吵一場大交反晒面，但當知道大家價值觀唔一樣嘅時候，就要落車，架硬搭埋同一架車，只會浪費大家時間。如果有人上車要感恩，途中遇到每個人都係緣份，一齊享受吓同車嘅時間，欣賞下沿途風景就可以了。 家庭方面，一家人相處仍然好熱鬧，感恩家人都身體健康☺️下半年多咗返屋企食飯，多咗時間留喺屋企陪吓兩老，雖然佢哋有時真係好煩🤣但老人家真係要陪下的。 有個壞習慣仲係改唔到，就係諗太～多。呢個壞習慣嚴重影響咗今年嘅執行力，前一秒諗到個新idea，下一秒又會諗到其他嘢去ban自己。就算有時係自己受咗委屈，想幫自己Voice out，但都要諗一大餐，又驚人哋點諗，乜乜剩剩，下年希望可以諗少啲，行動多啲，勇敢啲。 最後，要感恩今年遇到嘅人和事，無論好定壞，都成就左而家嘅自己，我好多時都會做錯左、做衰左先會學叻😅但慶幸仲有學叻嘅機會，亦慶幸身邊有好多好人會提醒我幫我😆今年繼續勤力做運動，繼續keep靚自己，做所有嘢都要為自己而做，不為別人而活，繼續學習新技能，繼續開心。 #enjoyurlife2024Dec #2024回顧 #me2024 #my2024 #lovemyself #flashback2024

Adiós 2024, bienvenido 2025 🍷🪻🎆✨️ Hubieron momentos tristes, momentos felices, tuve momentos dónde sentí que no podía con nada y también momentos dónde sentí que no importaba que, podía adaptarme y sobrevivir, conocí personitas lindas que ya no pienso soltar y a otras personas las tuve que soltar por que no me hacían bien ni a mi ni a las personas de mi entorno, siempre que me pasa algo bueno o malo trato de aprender de ello y ver las dos caras de la moneda, a veces me es muy complicado pero agradezco tener personas lindas que me ayudan con ello, espero seguir creando arte y obras que logren transmitir no solo lo que yo siento si no que logren conectar con las personas, incluso quiero invitar a las personas a intentarlo, y ver más allá de lo que es estético para ellos, que tiene mucho más significado, o tal vez solo es un plátano en una exposición demostrando que nos gusta la complejidad de las cosas, no lo sabemos.
