I love that it’s got flowers on but isn’t really what I would call ‘a floral’. It’s loose and light and just right for today’s weather. I would comment that the shoulders on this are really wide almost making a cap sleeve so I reduced the width considerably to sit on the edge of the shoulder.

#N6619 My print is not matching as I would like☹️; but that’s what happens when you buy fabric on a whim. I bought 2 yards of this border print @joann_stores. I didn’t know what I was going to make, but I didn’t want to miss out. I figured 2 yards would cover most of my options. This pattern calls for 2 and a half yards in size 16(my size) so, I didn’t have enough to match up the prints. I sewed a pride dress to support my daughter and the LGBT community. I purchased the cotton pride fabric from Joann's fabric. It was the only one that they had. The yoke and band is fabric that I had from my stash.
