And…my other skirt!! I totally love the waist treatment worked on this skirt! As explained in an earlier post, I made up a higher waist treatment and eliminated the traditional wrap treatment. This is where the hand sewn snaps came in as a closure feature, and the best of all was incorporating this fabulous tortoise shell buckle. 🖤🖤🖤 The fabric is a rayon challis from @moodfabrics that I’ve had for a while in wait for just the right project. Pattern is by the fabulous Calvin Klein from the Vogue American Designer collection by Vogue. Circa 1997, and apparently now vintage(?!!!)😀This pattern design does not feel vintage, however, but timeless!!! Also shown is the interior detail with the golden-like silk thread feature in hand rendered herringbone stitch. (2007년에 처음 만들긴 했으나 시장에 내놓지는 않았다) 1988년 이태리에서 유기농법으로 와인을 만든 첫 세대이며, 2000년대 들어 한 발 더 나아가 비건와인으로 발돋움 했다 한다. 농담삼아 유기농 와인보다 msg(?) 들어간 와인을 좋아한다 하는데, 이 와인은 정말 인정! Kisses from Don Fritto. This is one of a dozen + skirts from the #burda 7610 pattern that I have made. This one in a dobby cotton that I brought back from Fukuoka Japan. The basic t-shirt is one of so so many I have made from the perfectly-fitted #v2011 pattern. The jacket is a shantung silk, lined with even more silk. 우와!!! . 사실 와인을 열기 전에 병에 남아있던 와인양이 많이 줄어있는 걸 확인했고, 오픈했을 때 코르크 상태가 상당히 불량해서 기대없이 한 잔 따랐는데. 물개박수 나왔다. 향도 맛도 beeaauutifuul! (SP: 4.1/5) . 이리 맛있는 와인은 누가 만드나 궁금해 찾아봤다. @destefaniwinery 는 4대째 내려오는 와이너리로 유기농법/바이오 다이나믹 농법으로 와인을 만든다고 한다. 와인 만드는 과정에서는 sulfite을 전혀 넣지 않고, 보틀링 때만 아주 소량 넣는다고 한다. 와인을 만드는데 필요한 전기도 모두 태양 에너지로 얻는다. (태양 전지판만 418개!) 모든 와인을 매년 만드는 것이 아니라 그 해 수확한 포도가 좋을 때만 만들고 토착품종은 싱글 빈야드로 각각의 특성을 최대한 살리고자 한다. 포도가 잘 익게 하려고 여름에도 가지치기(prunning) 하고 잎사귀 솎아주고. 소개글을 읽다보니 참 많은 노력을 기울여 만든다는 생각이 든다. 이 정도 상태에서도 이리 맛있는 것은 어쩌면 당연한 결과인지도 모른다. #solèr 는 베네치아 방언으로 다락이라는 뜻인데, 예전에 이 지역 사람들이 최상급 포도를 다락에서 많이 말렸었단다. 실제로 이 와인에 사용되는 포도 중 일부를 자연적으로 말려서 사용한다고 한다. #merlot #cabernetsauvignon #carmenere #refosco #marzemino 를 사이좋게 20%씩 섞어서 만드는데 이 중 refosco와 marzemino를 말려서 사용한다. 둘 다 북부 이태리 토착품종이다. refosco는 사실 과(family)이고 이 안에 6개의 품종이 있다. 각 이름이 너무 복잡해서 패쓰. ^^; @winefolly 에 따르면, refosco는 #valpolicella 와 유전적으로 연관이 있단다. 사촌쯤 되나보다. 만생종으로 색이 짙고 높은 산미가 특징이다. marzemino 역시 만생종에 짙은 색을 띄는데, 풀, 허브 향과 신 체리 맛을 내지만, 산도와 당도 균형감이 우수하다고. 블렌딩으로 대부분 사용된다 한다.
