This Christmas I made my 1st ever Christmas gift for my mom. Such a huge challenge bc i had never made a wearable for anyone else especially not a cape. But it came out great. The collar actually stands, i managed to sew the clasp on mostly even and it fit most importantly. When i announced i was making her gift I made her promise before god and witnesses that should would wear it in a public place where lots of ppl will see it no matter how bad it turned out. In a sudden burst of sewing energy I decided to use some leftover fabric from my Leafa cosplay to make this neck position collar from the @fireflypath #Simplicity #pattern #8363. I'm not sure if this is a #finishedproject yet as I may embellish further in the future, but it is fully sewn right now.
