I’m just a girl, standing in front of a door, begging pattern companies to include all final garment measurements 📏
This pattern only had the hip measurement, even on the tissue, which why? It’s an a-line skirt, the waist is the measurement that matters the most, is it not? I dealt with it by making a toile, taking off 1.5 inches from waist, making the damn thing and then still reducing another 1 5/8” (but in a lazy way because I didn’t want to rip out the best stitch in the ditch I’d ever done).
Other than that, very happy with the pattern and the skirt. It’s exactly what I wanted. I see it being a true wardrobe staple, throwing it on when I want to look cute or need to elevate jeans and a tee.

Changes made: added pockets, lengthened by 1”, took in side and back seams by .25”, folded facing over another time, reducing by another 1.5/8”
