👋 Hey. I’m still here. Still making stuff. Not gonna lie. Social media can make you feel uninteresting, not relatable, exhausted with the constant disappointment in low engagement, low reach. So I simply haven’t felt like posting. My insights show that my content isn’t being shown to very many followers. It has taken over a decade just to get to 1,000 followers. That can really mess with your mind when you see others soaring past that number in much less time. So here I am, still posting who I am and what I make, just as I have all the years. I’m glad you’re here. My worth isn’t found in a follower count. I’m just happy to share and hope to inspire you or give you a second to mentally escape.
Here is a dress I made from a McCall’s pattern that was an insert in a Woman’s Day that someone gave my mom and she then gave me. You could find a similar pattern on their website. This was my youngest daughter’s Easter dress. I made it reversible and will show the other side, along with what else I made to match that side, another day.
The doll skirt is Simplicity S8961 but cut shorter.
