Another muslin for a skirt for my sister

As per her wishes, I added 2 kick pleats at the back and tapered the skirt from straight to more like a wiggle skirt. (2nd photo)
Here’s where #So50Help comes in…I’ve never worn a wiggle skirt and this is a stable woven, not stretch. I’ve tapered in 3/8” at 5 seams. I have no idea if this is enough, too much?! It also looks like maybe I should’ve tapered right from the hip, instead of a little below, maybe?!
Does anybody have experience with wiggle skirts in non-stretch woven and can help me with amount of taper and from where? Thank you if you can help 😊
Also, because I added the kick pleats at the back, doesn’t this just undo the taper because they will flare open?! I didn’t taper on the kick pleat seams, though…
Agh. I just don’t know…
I do stand by my earlier comment that it’s fun making things for my sister that I don’t make for myself - but, it can also be frustrating because I’m not familiar enough with shapes and styles to make educated guesses 😆
