Had to bring the sparkle to see the Queen 🐝 I am going to be hoovering up glitter from my sewing room (and everywhere else) for days but this outfit had me ready for the RENAISSANCE ✨🪩 This fabric is amazing but it sheds like crazy and probably isn't built for this much dancing! I used my favourite new basic top pattern #S9757 and the trousers for #S9756 which basically made sparkly joggers, soo comfy. I'll get some better pics that aren't so sweaty and blurry at some point 😂 Now I'm off to have a little cry that that's over #renaissancetour #beyonce #beyhive

Made #s9756 halter top and some wrap around shorts that were less than successful to say the least. The cotton I used doesn’t make this all the comfortable but I’m not sure what other fabric that would give me comfort AND support 🤷🏾‍♀️

To say that I am in love with this outfit is an understatement! I was not expecting this project to turn out the way it did, and I am just so pleased with the results 😊🥰. I combined the Amy Shirt by @sewoveritlondon with the trousers of the @simplicitymccallsuk pattern #s9756 - and this has turned out to be one of my favourite projects EVER ! ICYMI: I sewed up Simplicity pattern #S9756. I’ve had my eye on this pattern for a while and I’m so glad I was finally able to make it! I’ve gotten a lot of questions about my fabric. It’s from Fine Fabrics in ATL. They don’t have a website (as far as I know) but their store is massive! I don’t know the exact contents of the fabric but I would say it comes close to a crepe type fabric. It’s a little flowy and swimmy so I found the collar band and collar to be more challenging than usual but otherwise this was really easy to sew with.
