In the process of removing screenshots save in my phone, I decided it's time to sew these items up. My first project is the #lolatank as a dress and #s9372 sweater. We'll see how this go.

I have had this sequin fabric for a couple of years and have always been intimidated to work with it. I had no idea it was really easy and simple. I originally wanted to make a blazer to go with this outfit, but I gave myself less than 3 days to make the outfit. Turtle neck half top is easy to make. I'm the type that likes crop tops and less the better. This is perfect. If you don't want to layer too many clothes to stay warm . I went to the @feministcenterforcreativework Fancy Dress for Feminism fundraiser tonight & it seemed like the perfect excuse to use my wacky cactus knit fabric from @malhiakent . i ended up making the dress in about 3 hrs, after Alex’s gig @ Vroman’s & before the event, using a Simplicity pattern #S9372 and improvising some sleeves.
