These 2 tops, recent makes, both came out with neckbands too long, which these TNTs haven’t happened yet- last time I depend on a pattern, I’ll just measure myself depending on the fabric. So these are my ‘saves’. In the #frankietee top, I ruched the excess. In the bottom, a #n6762 top, I hand sewed trim, subtly gathering the neckline excess. Hope you can see that. I didn’t give it a second thought but wore the top tee to the store and had someone rush up to me and gush over my shirt. Like, gushing. She was interested in sewing herself! This pattern is one of my favs for over 20 years. It’s the keyhole waistline. It’s so dainty. The skirt is a little hard to walk in, and getting in and out of the car is problematic. Nonetheless, I am a lady, and have managed to finesse around in the skirt effortlessly over the years. To walk, I lift the bottom just enough to not trip over my own feet and the car is nothing. I stoop, scoot, and spin into the seat with ease.
