I love this pattern, it looks like a skirt but is really pants. Compare your total crotch length with the pattern. I like to add an inch to keep the “skirt” look. It has pockets! The yoke is super flattering🤗. Back in the day when women were not allowed to wear pants in the work force (yes, I am that old to have lived through this time) I was sent home from work to change my clothes. I wore my newly sewn culottes that looked like a skirt to work. I looked so good that a jealous co-worker turned me in to my supervisor. I had to stand in front of her and then was asked to spread my legs to show the split! They were “too radical” to wear in 1971! We have come a long way, fashion wise and politically, and then we go backwards.
