My current work in progress. I've started my test run of my halloween ever after anniversary dress. Fabric comes from two 132 inch round tablecloths. I still need to add a small pleated back, the lining, and the buttons before I start the skirt, bustle, and corset - but omg those sleeves 🖤🧡 I've heavily modifies simplicity 2172 with the sleeves from simplicity 8719. A photo! A few photos actually. Here is the fun top that was inspired by this Rave Review top I saw on Pinterest. I made it with the #s8719. I did attempt to match the print. As it is obvious in the front but something went wrong when I installed the zipper after trying a few times. But I did try. This was a great excuse to use my grommet press and pack of eyelets on the belt (which I’m now realizing, I fudged up) So here is a mistake for your viewing pleasure. The fabric is from @diaryofasewingfanatic . Paired it with this body suit from the mall but I can already the possibilities with this.
