When These girls saw the Barbie westernwear I was working on at the shop, they were totally in love with it and I could not let them leave without their own rodeo shirts.
I hacked the simplicity_creative_group #S9763 children’s buttondown for the #letssewpink challenge to create a rodeo shirt with only slight adjustments to the fit to make it a bit smaller for the girls. I drafted my own collar, there’s a particular way we do that in tailoring that’s different than commercial patterns which I’m excited to cover in a video coming soon!
