Ultimate Pencil Skirt
This pattern includes pieces and instructions for both stretch and woven fabric versions of a pencil shaped skirt. The stretch version is very easy to make whereas the non-stretch requires some sewing knowledge. Instructions for a lined woven pencil skirt are also included.
