Ultimate Pencil Skirt
This pattern includes instructions for making a pencil shaped skirt in both stretch and woven fabrics. The stretch version is easy to make while the non-stretch version requires some sewing knowledge. Optional instructions for a lined woven pencil skirt are also included.
