Pattern: Seam Detail Dress from The Makers Atelier (shortened to make a tunic/smock). Fabric: green railroad denim from Bornella Fabrics (online). I bought this pattern ages ago because I'd seen so many lovely versions here on Instagram. It's a great design and quick and easy to sew up with no closures or fastenings to deal with. I've shortened it to make this tunic but I'm sure I'll make the dress at some point (maybe denim or corduroy?). As well as the top-stitching of the seams, I really like the pockets and the cuffs! The railroad denim is hard to photograph but, take my word for it, it is a great shade of green and gives the tunic the workwear look I was aiming for. Great for layering (I've got a thermal polo neck on here!) or nice and cool and breezy in the summer.
