🇩🇪Nun ja, auch am Tag ist das Licht eher bescheiden, um dunkle Kleidung gut fotografieren zu können. Die Fotos sind stark aufgehellt und alle Lampen im Zimmer waren an. Meine neue Hose #1940sempirewaisttrousers von @decades_of_style Der Stoff ist ein Crepe mit sehr viel Stretch von @selfmade_com aus meinem Lager. Daher habe ich nach einigen Probeteilen etwas mehr Nahtzugabe genommen. Für die nächste Version, insbesondere wenn der Stoff Stretch in alle Richtungen hat, muss ich die Laibhöhe etwas verringern. Außerdem würde ich dann den Reißverschluss in eine der Seiten verlegen. Ich bin nicht gut darin Hosen hinten zu schließen. Ich mag den Schnitt und den Hosenaufschlag besonders. All lights in the room were switched on and I still had to brighten the photos up a lot. Dark cloth and winter light doesn’t go together. Since it has so much stretch I had to take a bit more seam allowance than given in the pattern. When I make the pattern again, I have to shorten the rise a bit. Especially with a 4-way stretch fabric. I will also move the zip from the back to the side. I’m not very good in closing zips in the back. But I love the pattern and especially the turn-ups. 🇩🇪Trage heute meine #1940shighwaisttrousers von @decades_of_style mit einem @lisacomfort Cardigan. Von der Seite kann man gut sehen warum ich selber nähe. Aufgrund des größeren Brustvolumens als Standard Cup B zieht sich der Cardigan nach oben und er sitzt nicht so schön. Aber die Qualität ist schön weich und er passt gut zum Stil der Hose. 🇬🇧Wearing my #1940sempirewaisttrousers by @decades_of_style today. Paired with a @lisacomfort cardigan. The side view shows why I prefer to sew. I have a larger bust than the standard cup B. Therefore the cardigan is in the front shorter than in the bag and it doesn’t fit very well. 🇩🇪 So, ich nehme dann mal die #1940sempirewaistrousers von @decades_of_style in Angriff. Das erste Probemodell war etwas eng und es hat sich eine merkwürdige Falte am Oberschenkel gebildet. Beim zweiten Versuch etwas größer zugeschnitten und die Falte versucht zu eliminieren. Sieht original besser aus als auf dem Foto. Ich werde wahrscheinlich noch etwas an der Höhe raus nehmen. Sitzt schon sehr weit oben. Der Stoff, den ich für die Hose nehmen werde enthält relativ viel Stretch. Insofern hätte die kleinere Größe bestimmt besser funktioniert. Aber dafür fällt er auch schön schwer-fließend. Damit sollte sich die Faltenbildung am Oberschenkel hoffentlich komplett erledigen 🤞 🇬🇧Next are the #1940sempirewaisttrousers by @decades_of_style I already made two toiles. The first one was a little tight and I had a wired pleat at my upper thigh. The second toile is cut a little bigger and I’ve tried to eliminate the pleat. Looks better in real life than on the photo. I think I will take out a bit of the height. They sit really high up under the breast. The black crepe I’m going to take for the trousers contains that a lot of stretch. So, the smaller size would have been fine. But the fabric falls nicely.
