#3008 1930s Sweetheart Overalls
These vintage overalls from the late 1930s feature inset pieces at the waist for a flattering fit. They have a center back zipper at the waistline, straight wide legs, and cross-over straps with button closure at the shoulders. The bodice and waist insets are lined. Suitable fabrics include linen, soft woolens and cotton.

31 days of handmade Halloween day 21! I made these almost a week ago, tried them on and hated them immediately. I had some time to think, and decided I only hated them because of my own weird body issues and really they are great! So today I slapped a pumpkin face on them and wore them. These are the #1930ssweetheartoveralls from @decades_of_style made in a stretch velour from @califabrics they are so comfy, I've been cleaning house and doing chores in them all day. Anyone else miss the sun? #decadesofstyle #1930ssweetheartoveralls My second pair using cotton poplin fabric from @poundfabrics I could not resist these little astronauts it is 1969 birth year fabric. I have vintage moon buttons too thanks to @phoebe6elizabeth I made the bodice a bit smaller and did the construction slightly differently to practice lap seams a bit more for future jeans sewing. I have made Xmas outfit 1 for 2020 I plan to change more times than Diana Ross 😆 This is @patternunion B2B @decadesofstyle #felixjacket #1930ssweetheartoveralls I’m rather chuffed with my fully reversible jacket as I made it using my not so flattering merchantandmills curlew dress and the leftover corduroy less than a metre. Swipe for comedy video of how easy it is to reverse @sarahcsewing this one is for you xxx This incredible🌲 was once a seedling a present from my mum, it never did well in a pot so I stuck it here to soak up the rain water before we had the guttering fixed and look at it now, it is a beauty. We are going to decorate it big time this year. Hack added pockets to playsuit no pockets on jacket.
