Gorgeous 1930s rayon bed jacket or beach coverup, from our adventurous sisters who travelled from Scotland to the USA in 1927. £35 This beautiful item will fit a variety of sizes, it is shown on as size U.K. 6-8 mannequin, and also fits me at size 16. Please see the following measurements: Shoulders approximately 12” Sleeve length 11” Sleeve width 9 1/2” Centre back length 17 1/2” This looks like a seamstress or homemade item. It is made from a slightly sheer rayon and is unlined. It has delicate scallop edging detail and a Peter Pan collar, with ties at the neck. It has short wide sleeves and a trapeze loose fit in the body. Either originally intended as a bed jacket, or perhaps a beach coverup, over beach pyjamas! This item has been washed and is ready to wear. It is generally in great condition, and only had a few small marks and holes/slight odd repair under the arms! SOLD- 1920s Blush Pink Silk Deco Jumpsuit Beach Pajamas- M Absolutely gorgeous and jaw dropping pair of antique, 1920s pale blush pink, silk beach pajamas. This piece has so many gorgeous features, including its deco detail at the waist and the petite mother of pearl button at the shoulder, to make getting dressed super simple. Equipped with two built in ties to cinch the waist and laden in lace, this piece really offers all that the leisure of the 20s had to offer! Overall in excellent condition. A few small and faint marks on the tie and on one of the bottom pant legs. Some light pinches to the fabric where the waist tie is, which gets covered when you tie, shown in photos.
