Mad love for this fabric print from @cottonvill_official. I thinked I had a soft spot for animal prints. Rarely I go for black base fabrics since children clothings should looked bright. My 2nd #bebekinsstella but it's a top this round because I only have 0.5 yard fabric. Birthday attire and matching headband completed! 🥰 The top was easier to make this round -thanks to the tester version I did earlier and with an easier fabric (cotton) this time. Only challenge was with the additional pompom trim, but glad the flaws are largely hidden inside 😅 also my first time sewing on a button using the machine! Gosh it took me quite a while fumbling with positioning the 11mm button correctly, removing it and figuring out how to knot it at the end. Ended up hand-sewing the 2nd button lol. Will try harder next time! The headband was a quick sew, though the first one I made ended up fitting her doll instead 😂 made a mental note to include a lOt of buffer for a knotted headband. Far from perfect but I'm pretty happy with how these two turned out. Til next time! 😊 #bebekinsstella #DIYelasticheadband
