I’m calling this my “Disney undercover” dress, because it’s only obvious if you’re a fellow fan 😆 🏰 The skirt has an Epcot print background - subtle but definitely iconic. And someone told me today that each butterfly represents a Disney princess. Not sure that’s true, but I recognize a few! It’s technically Spring so I needed a Spring/Easter Dress so I mashed two patterns together for this dress! For the bodice/top I used the “Be The Leader”, and for the skirt I used the “Be Graceful”. I Didn’t add elastic waistband or pockets (wished I did). This dress is comfortable, springy, and perfect for Easter. Made this dress last week before it started with all the torrential downpour! Used the #ellieandmacpatterns #dramadress top and added a waistband and circle skirt instead of the gathered skirt it comes with. Found this gorgeous double knit fabric at Walmart last year and didn't know what to make with it, but this worked perfect!!! The skirt is heavy enough the wind doesn't blow it too much! Haha! Also curled my hair this morning, but yeah, that didn't last long 🙄
