@thecraftsychemist posted a picture of this romper she made and even though I've never made clothes or worked with knits, I HAD TO MAKE IT! My 13 month-old picked out some adorable Minnie Mouse and Pikachu fabrics but since I didn't know what I was doing I thought I should try with some I had lying around first. Not bad for a first attempt! I mean, as Cher would say, it's a full-on Monet because if you look closely it's very obviously not a professional job, but the overall effect at a casual glance is adorable! Thank you @ellieandmac_patterns for your easy-to-use pattern (with an amazing video tutorial, too) and the accurate difficulty rating of "confident beginner" 😬😂 I can't wait to get started on the Pikachu version!!!
