Switched from quilting for a bit, got familiarized again with the serger, and made some Ellie + Mac Beatbox rompers for our younger grandson Felix as he starts preschool this month. Handmade dragon I absolutely loved this little outfit when I first made it for Tyler in 2022. I wanted to make him special outfit for a dress up day at nursery after finishing his intensive chemo. Fast forward 18 months and I put Levi in it for the first time for world book day and it reminded me just how much I love it. I'll be sad when it no longer fits either of them. Tyler wasn't giving me any direction for what he wanted to be today so he ended up in his trusty RTW Spiderman costume. Heavily hacked (zipper...which was put in, then broken, then seam ripped out, screamed at and almost thrown across the room, then remade on an extra bit of fleece and added in, missed judged the length because I measured from the wrong bit, sensory issues for the sleeves so put on the 'wrong' way so seam on outside, and added a tail and ears) Ellie and Mac Beatbox Romper!
