I DID IT!!! I hemmed a circle skirt in a way that doesn't look like it got chewed by an animal!! Although it was more of a curved hem than a circle, but it wasn't a straight hem, so I think it still counts. I needed a quick sew today, so re-used my Sweetie Pie tunic pieces with 3/4 sleeves. As much as I want to try every pattern with every option, re-using existing pieces saves So. Much. Time. I love the shape of this - fitted at the waist then kicks out into a flared skirt that flatters wider hips. My daughter loves the Sweetie Pie Tunic from @ellieandmac_patterns. We graded slightly to better fit her chest and waist differences. Pattern makes up in an afternoon and had lots of variations to try. I love that you can get it in youth and adult sizes so we can be matching. It has a really full skirt perfect for twirling. I finished my #sweetiepietunic by #ellieandmacpatterns in time for my family Christmas party!
