This a super overdue post. I made a @grainlinestudio #uniformtunic probably two years ago, and I put this beautiful hand printed and dyed @pollys.press patch on the back. . The top itself is exactly the right size, but I kind of wish I had gone for a more oversized fit, so I don’t wear it very often. On the one hand I was proud of myself for getting such an exact fit on a garment with set in sleeves, but I think with wovens I am just better off with a little more room to move. I looooove the front pockets on it. If I decide to turn its fabric into something else, or make a new one in a larger size, I’ll spare the patch and use it again.

(I have confirmed with experts that this was quite common, as captured material from defeated enemies was often repurposed.)
