Sharing today @sewoveritlondon latest PDF release, the #soiisabelledress which comes in two lengths and can also be made into a blouse. I chose the mini length dress, and it is perfect for the summer months. The pattern features a gently curved V-shaped neckline finished with bias binding for a neat look. It closes with buttons all the way down the front although I’m able to pull mine on and off without having to undo the buttons 😊 . It is intended for drapey fabrics and for mine I chose a crepe and finished the raglan flutter sleeves with rolled hems. I also made an optional same fabric belt. The pattern is rated for confident beginners and is a relatively fast make. . This is my version of the brand new @sewoveritlondon pattern #soiisabelledress, which I was able to make before the launch as a #patterninsider. My first thought was to make the blouse version, but when I shopped my stash I found this double scarf panel given to me by a friend and the idea of a beach cover up popped into my head. It think it will be great for holidays, I've styled it with jeans too ➡️. Now I just need a holiday! . . Isabelle is a really versatile pattern for spring and summer, it comes in three lengths, blouse, dress and midi and has gorgeous flutter sleeves. Sizing is 6 to 30 and I made a size 10. My only modifications were rolled hems on the sleeves and French seams which were fiddly in this georgette. The pattern is simple with great instructions and lots of useful notches.
