I don't want to jinx it, but my sew-jo seems to be having a little revitalization.
Oh! And for anyone wondering, you CAN in fact fit a 500mL water bottle in this bag (I show a Tupperware one because it kind of matched, but also tested with store bought bottled water), but because this bag is round. If you have anything heavy in here like a filled water bottle or a hefty phone, you're going to want to have enough other things to fill it out to prevent the bag from being a little distorted, unless you want to put something more than batting in the layers.

✂️ Mods: I seem to have ended up short on the back outer slip pocket so I added an additional stripe to the bottom. I also had to slightly trim the side edge of the bag to align with the circular portions. I did not properly attach the bias binding in most sections but rather just sewed it on both sides at once to cover up the exposed. Finally, after the essentials were made, I stopped following instructions so I might have made other errors as well.
🛒 Fabric: I made almost everything using pieces that I already had on hand, except the bag hardware. The vibrant colours are from the @libselliott phosphor quilting cotton line, the black one was called saltines, and the inside was some random solid. All the outer fabrics were picked up from @madaboutpatchwork sometime in the last year or two and were actually for a quilt that I have finished the top for but am yet to finish... I'll share once done!
I recently ordered some bag hardware from Wawak Canada, which is shown here. They are a sister company to Cleaner's Supply. Compared to hardware purchased in the past from Emmeline, I found this stuff to look decent, but not as nice quality.
⏱️ Time to make: I have no clue. Somewhere between 5-9 hours, maybe? It was a learning process, and I am not a quilter. I think it could be a single afternoon project if I was very organized.

🧺 Amount of fabric used: approx 1m all in, maybe less. Webbing for strap is 60".
