These are the Papercut Patterns Strata Pants that finished sewing recently. The pattern is great and easy to follow. I did the shorts first, to gauge my size, but I ended up having to go up a size for pants (alongside my usual mod of going up one size in the waist). They are very comfortable and the way the pockets lay, there is plenty of give when sitting down. On me, they are a mid-rise pair of pants and I could comfortably wear these all day. I flat felled the seams (adding 0.5cm onto any seam being flat-felled. The side pockets are great: I could fit my son's entire water-bottle in my pocket (when I ran out hands carrying stuff). I added back pockets. I plan to make more of these: it is great pattern. The Papercut Patterns strata shorts, in purple cotton drill from Lincraft. My first time putting a trouser zip, but the instructions were very clear. Sizing was fine. I did a size 5 on the hips and a 7 for the waist. I turned up the hem 2cm more than the pattern said. Otherwise no mods.
