The Challenge will run from Nov 11 – Dec 4.
Each week will have a different theme:
Welcome to Week 1: Cardio & Creativity (Nov 11 – Nov 17)
For the challenge – you can do 30-60 minutes of cardio 3 times or more during the week.
You can pick from the following:
Elliptical
Running
Cycling
Walking
Rowing
Swimming
I suggest you try a new form of cardio to mix it up.
You also have the option to a cardio circuit (all exercises together without rest)
5 Rounds (should add up to 30 minutes) – 2 minutes rest in between each circuit
20 Jumping Jacks
20 Knee to elbow
20 butt kickers
10 mountain climbers
10 plank jacks
The creativity portion of the challenge will be to make one item related to athleisure wear during the week. It can be a hoodie, joggers, sports bra, jacket, leggings, etc. As long as it can be worn during a workout.

At the end of the challenge, I will select 2 winners. In order to be placed in the drawing for the challenge I would like to see you posting what you have chosen for your cardio workout at least 2 times a week and at the end of the week (Nov 17) post the garment that you made, you must be wearing it or it must be on another human.
